Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds and/or exchanges are not offered. Any payment is considered acceptance of these terms of sale. Once shipped, all Sales Are Final. 

If your package arrived damaged...
STOP! Before you open the package, take photos of all 6 sides to document the damage. Usually this does not mean that your order inside is damaged, but taking photos BEFORE you open the box is what carriers require if an insurance claim is submitted. If your items are damaged, from your confirmation email, reply to our customer service email with photos and we will work with you to resolve. Contact us at hello@thefeatherfanshop.com to resolve.

European Union right of withdrawal compliance does not apply
Note that the 14-day withdrawal right doesn't apply to all products and services. The custom or personalized nature of our products, all items shipped to EU countries are exempt. 

Cancellations

• Quick Buy or Ready to Ship items can be cancelled prior to shipping.

• Stave Kit orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of the date and time on the order confirmation.

• Built to Order fans can be cancelled within 48 hours of the date and time on the order confirmation.

• Modifications to Stave Kit or Built to Order sets can be made within 48 hours of the date and time on the confirmation. 

• To cancel or modify an order, from your confirmation email, reply to our customer service email and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
